About the Artist

Hi, I’m Marisa Jean.
I’m a professional artist and sculpted painter based in Dallas–Fort Worth.

.

.

.

I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design, and began my career as a visual artist in the games and film industry.
Today, I work as a traditional artist, known for heavily textured, sculpted paintings and immersive works featured in galleries and private collections.
Teaching is an extension of my practice, designed to help others connect with their creativity and reach their potential.
I look forward to creating with you!

What's Expected from You

A flat workspace
A dining table works great. I’ll take care of the rest of the setup.
Space and light
A well-lit room or nearby window is perfect.
Access to a water source
A nearby sink is helpful for rinsing brushes and cleaning up at the end of our session.
Prepare to get Messy
Wear something that you don’t mind getting paint on. I’ll protect your table, but paint may splatter.
Your presence and openness
No experience is needed, just a willingness to explore, follow guidance, and enjoy the process.
